How Semen Retention Causes Astral Projection

I have always been fascinated by astral projection and I have read several books about it because I wanted to discover the secret technique that would finally allow me to leave my body. Every book I read promised results if its techniques are followed correctly, but no matter how much I used each book’s formulas, I never left my body.

With time, despair replaced curiosity. After repeated failure, I stopped trying to get out of my body, convincing myself that astral projection was not meant for me.

Surprisingly, something strange happened when I had forgotten about astral projection, and I was practicing semen retention

I experienced astral projection one night, without any intention or effort, after about 400 days of retaining my seed. That night, I entered a state of sleep paralysis. An intense buzzing vibration that seemed to be extremely loud filled my awareness. I then felt a powerful force pulling me out of my body, after which I found myself floating beside my home, fully aware and conscious, yet clearly outside my physical form.

Before this experience, I used to experience buzzing sounds and sleep paralysis, and I always forced myself to wake up. But during this experience, I did not have time to resist these phenomena. A powerful force forcefully pulled me out of my body when the buzzing sounds and sleep paralysis happened: I did not have time to resist and wake up.

This experience forced me to return to books as I really wanted to fully understand what had happened to me. Yet, despite all my efforts, I found that no credible author explained the relationship between astral projection and semen retention. I almost concluded that no one actually knows whether semen retention can cause astral projection.

Luckily, when I researched on Reddit, I found that several Redditors who practiced semen retention experienced astral projection. I was surprised when I found that most of their experiences with semen retention and astral projection were similar to mine. I then realized that my astral projection experience was not a hallucination, as it was experienced by other people who retained their seed.

However, I was not fully satisfied with the explanations Redditors gave about how semen retention leads to astral projection. So I decided to contemplate this relationship, and that is when everything became clear.

I realized that semen retention had weakened my attachment to the physical body. The body had lost its dominance over the soul. The cravings that once tied my soul to the prison of the body had lost their power because they were no longer being fed through sexual activity. As these cravings diminished, the body’s grip on the soul loosened, and as a result, astral projection occurred effortlessly.

I also discovered that when a person is obsessed with sexual activity, a large portion of life-force energy is continually directed into the body. Sexual desire causes arousal, arousal demands energy, and the body becomes the primary recipient of that energy. Over time, the body grows dominant while the soul weakens as less life-force energy becomes available to it.

Strict semen retention prevents this. By avoiding sexual activity, the constant drain of life-force energy into the body is reduced. This energy then accumulates and becomes available to the soul. The soul then grows stronger and regains its true power. As a result, the body can no longer imprison it completely. This makes it easier for the soul to leave the body during sleep, when the body is dormant.

During sleep, breathing slows, heart rate drops, and temperature decreases: the prison walls of flesh momentarily weaken. For a soul nourished through semen retention, this moment becomes the perfect opportunity to break free from the body.

Most people sleep every night, yet their soul remains imprisoned because it lacks the strength to detach from the prison of flesh. But for those who accumulate life-force energy through semen retention, the soul becomes powerful enough to take advantage of the body’s temporary weakness and slip out effortlessly.

The more the soul is nourished or strengthened, the easier it becomes for it to leave the body. Instead of being dragged downward into flesh, it gathers the energy it requires to ascend into higher planes of existence. Semen retention, therefore, opens the doorway to nightly liberation, transforming astral projection from a rare event into a recurring phenomenon.
