Semen Retention is Not the Magic Pill of Life

Semen retention is highly beneficial. It increases willpower, boosts confidence, enhances your risk-taking abilities, causes present-moment awareness, and hastens spiritual growth. However, it is not the magic pill of life. Many bloggers exaggerate semen retention benefits and make it appear as a solution for everything.

I practice semen retention periodically, and I have experienced many life-changing benefits. For instance, semen retention has led to a crystal-clear mind that made me realize that something divine and powerful has always been leading me to the life I have always desired. Besides this, semen retention has boosted my creativity, made me more productive, and enabled me to let go of control and go with the flow of life. There are many more semen retention benefits I have experienced, which I have shared in my books and articles.

But as powerful as these benefits have been for me, my experience has also taught me that semen retention is not the magic pill of life.

I have noticed that semen retention is like a protein shake. Protein shakes boost muscle recovery and enable weightlifters to gain muscle mass quickly. Protein shakes do not lift weights on the weightlifter’s behalf. Weightlifters have to train hard to experience protein shakes’ benefits.  They have to force themselves to work out even when they don’t feel like training. They cannot notice protein shakes’ benefits if they don’t lift weights.

Similarly, semen retention will improve your life, but it will not do everything for you. It will not solve all problems on your behalf. It will give you the mental clarity required for solving problems, but you’ll still have to think critically and take action when facing problems. Semen retention will not think for you and take action on your behalf.

Semen retention will boost your creativity, but you’ll still have to execute your ideas. If you are an aspiring writer or musician, the practice will ensure that many ideas come into your mind – but you must take responsibility and actively channel them into text or music. Writing or music will not always be an enjoyable activity just because you are practicing semen retention. There will be days when you feel inspired and days when you do not, but you still have to sit down and do the work. Semen retention might make you feel inspired, but it cannot do the work for you.

Semen retention does not solve all your life problems or improve everything instantly. It is just a booster. I have noticed that many men joining the semen retention challenge expect their lives to change despite not working on themselves. They do nothing that improves their lives and expect retention to change their lives. If you are one of these people, you must realize this harsh reality: semen retention will change nothing if you don’t change.

Semen retention has many benefits. It will boost your energy, enable you to save the time and money you wasted chasing girls, make life more colourful, increase your magnetism, and make you love life. You’ll have to use these benefits to your advantage. Don’t wait for them to change your life.

By the way, one truth that many retainers fail to tell beginners on the semen retention journey is that, as powerful as semen retention is, sometimes things can still fall apart, and life may not go your way despite practicing it. For instance, you may still experience financial difficulties even when you are practicing semen retention.

This is because we live on the earthly plane, where pain, suffering, misfortune, and bad luck are part of life. Semen retention will not prevent you from experiencing the natural flow of earthly life. Shit will still happen despite retaining your seed.

When shit happens, don’t give up on semen retention. Just understand that semen retention is like other good habits, such as working hard and embracing sobriety. These habits are highly beneficial because they will increase your productivity and ensure heightened creativity, but they will not protect you from failure and misfortune, and they will not guarantee sudden success or an ever-blissful life.

With this realistic view in mind, you can continue practicing semen retention, but don’t expect it to change everything or protect you from misfortune. The practice is definitely beneficial, but it is not the magic pill of life. It can increase your chances of success, but just like hard work, it does not guarantee success. Success is determined by many other factors beyond your control. Sometimes it comes down to luck and divine grace. But I believe that luck and divine grace often meet us when we are working extremely hard and making sacrifices, such as the sacrifice of sexual intercourse.

Therefore, feel free to practice semen retention when necessary, and don’t feel too bad when you relapse. I have experienced many blessings during periods when I was a drug and sex addict. Sometimes doors just open, and things happen in your favor regardless of what you are doing in your life. Blessings can still come into your life even if you are masturbating or having sex every day. Of course, an addiction to these vices has negative effects on your physical and mental health and can even increase your chances of failure in certain areas of life. However, the addiction does not completely prevent blessings, opportunities, or good fortune from finding you. Good luck will still come to you regardless of what you are doing or how you are living. This is just how life works. Not everything that happens to us is a direct reward or punishment for our actions or habits.

This is the harsh truth, my brothers. I am not telling you this to discourage you from practicing semen retention. As a truth-seeker, I like seeking and sharing the truth, and I want you to know the truth about this practice. Semen retention is powerful, and I know with absolute certainty that it will bring many benefits into your life. My point is that you must not over-rely on it. Use it as a tool to improve your life, while remembering that you still have to work, take risks, make decisions, and face the realities of earthly life.
