Semen Retention and Muscle Growth

I have always been committed to weight lifting, but nowadays I only lift twice a week to stay fit and maintain my strength. While lifting weights, I always remember how I experienced fast progress when I retained my seed for 18 months. During this period, my muscles became bigger and fuller within a very short period.

Reflecting on this period, I realized that semen retention was highly responsible for the rapid muscle gains. Retaining my seed ensured that I had so much energy that I felt restless. At times, the energy was so intense that I found it difficult to sleep, and I would wake up unusually early in the morning.

This extra energy changed the way I worked out. Before semen retention, I lifted weights for about 30 minutes, thrice a week, and I forced myself to do so. Although I wanted to gain muscle, lifting weights felt like a chore. It took away time I could have smoked weed and drunk with friends.

Conversely, during the 18 months of semen retention, my interest in drinking and smoking reduced, and I found myself having so much energy that I wanted to work out as soon as I woke up. I lifted heavier weights, and my training sessions increased to 45 minutes, four days a week, and this ensured that I experienced quick muscle growth within a few weeks.

I also experienced rapid muscle growth because I ate a lot of food. The more energy I accumulated, the more I trained, and the more I trained, the greater my appetite became. I often found myself in an almost constant state of hunger, which led me to eat much more than I normally would. This provided my body with plenty of nutrients needed for muscle repair and growth.

As it is widely known, weight training stimulates the muscles to adapt and grow, but the body also needs sufficient nutrients to repair muscle fibers and build new tissue. Therefore, by eating more while training consistently, I was giving my body more of the raw materials it needed to support muscle growth.

This experience with semen retention and increased muscle growth proved to me that semen retention really does cause an accumulation of life-force energy, which makes an individual feel more energetic and motivated, leading to more intense training, a greater appetite, increased food intake, and eventually, rapid muscle growth.

Many theories have attempted to explain why individuals build muscles faster when they retain their seed. The most popular theory is that the muscle gains occur because semen retention boosts testosterone, which helps build muscle mass by increasing muscle protein synthesis. This is the most accurate theory because frequent ejaculation ensures that the body constantly uses testosterone to produce new sperm, while semen retention prevents this, ensuring high levels of testosterone, which help build muscles by promoting satellite cell activation and proliferation and stopping protein breakdown.

Although such theories that attempt to explain the relationship between semen retention and muscle gains are sensible and have some factual basis, what can be directly experienced is the increased energy that often accompanies semen retention. This energy is felt physically, and it creates a strong desire to exercise and push the body harder.

When this energy accumulates without being directed into physical activity, an individual may feel aggressive. The body seems to demand an outlet for the excess energy. Engaging in demanding physical activities, such as lifting weights or other forms of strenuous exercise, provides a way to channel this energy productively.

At times, this energy can feel similar to taking a performance-enhancing supplement, like Creatine, which creates quick burst energy. You feel unusually energetic and become willing to train for long periods, and you may find yourself spending most of your time in the gym, constantly driven by a strong desire to push your body beyond its usual limits.

This increased motivation will ensure that you train harder and longer than usual, resulting in greater training volume and a stronger stimulus for your muscles to adapt. With consistent training, adequate food, and sufficient rest, these repeated demands on the muscles will definitely cause noticeable increases in muscle mass.
